• Only 65% of people aged between 16-64 years old from all other ethnic groups combined were employed compared 77% of white people (Office of National Statistics).

• There are only 6 ethnic minority Directors in the FTSE 100 in the postion of CEO or Chair. Over a third of FTSE 100 companies don’t have any BAME board members.

• We know that black African, Caribbean or Black British women have an even greater gender pay gap than white women.

• The statistics speak for themselves. Businesses need support to change the narrative and have a more diverse and inclusive leadership team and workforce.
