Our Workshops

We will be running 4 workshops throughout the event focused on career and personal development.
MANAGING FEEDBACK

Feedback is so important to career and personal development, yet it is often given and received poorly. We’ll walk through different approaches to deliver and receive feedback to allow you to ensure you focus on important development points whilst ensuring we maintain a high level of motivation and positivity.

BUILDING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

In order to manage effectively we not only need to be aware of other people’s emotions but also manage our own. We’ll help you develop your emotional intelligence skills so you can handle whatever is thrown at you!

IDENTIFYING YOUR STRENGTHS

We are usually great at noticing the talent in other people, we don’t often turn the lens on ourselves. We’ll work through your strengths and give you tips to start focusing on them, and even shout about them!

BREAKING LIFE-LIMITING BELIEFS

We sometimes fall into the trap of holding ourselves back. We believe aren’t good enough, we aren’t experienced enough, we aren’t talented enough. These are life-limiting beliefs. We’ll stop you from being held back by them so you can excel!

PLUS our brilliant keynote speaker – TBA soon!

“Very good day, really enjoyed it. I laughed and cried! Incredibly useful day.” – Beth

“Really interesting range of speakers plus ways to keep engaged. Didn’t find myself flagging and I’ve taken so much away that challenges my way of thinking.”  – Becki

“The event was great, inspiring, and has given me a new lease of life to go and work on my goals.”

“It opened my eyes to how as women, we are powerful!” – Danielle

“I have taken away (from the day) courage, not confidence – and it’s completely made everything make sense.”

“All speakers provide you with amazing skills to use and it’s invaluable to share with others.”

“The day makes you think about yourself, which is something most people don’t do enough of. Therefore, if you want to put you first then this is the course for you.”
