These Website Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions) cover the terms on which you may use the site, conduct your business, and purchase products.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before you start to use the site carefully because they govern your use of our Site and our services accessible via our Site. To make these Terms easier to read, the Site and our services are collectively called the “Services.”

Who May Use the Services

Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract with YesSheCan and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.

Registration and Your Information

If you want to use certain features of the Services, including making a membership purchase via the Site, you’ll have to create an account ( “Account” ). You can do this via the Site when you first check out. It’s important that you provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information for your Account and you agree to update such information, as needed. If you don’t, we might have to suspend or terminate your Account. You agree that you won’t disclose your Account password to anyone and you’ll notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. You’re responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not you know about them.

Membership Terms and Conditions

Members can elect to sign up for either (i) an annual Membership; or (ii) a quarterly Membership; or (ii) a monthly Membership. Membership is non-transferable.

An annual Membership lasts for an Initial Period (“Initial Period”) of 12 months from the date the Membership begins. At the end of the period and at the end of each Additional Period thereafter (as defined below), the Member’s Membership shall automatically renew for an additional period of 12 months (each an “Additional Period”) unless the Member gives not less than 30 days written notice to terminate at the end of the Initial Period or Additional Period.

A quarterly Membership lasts for an initial period of 3 months from the date the Membership begins (“Initial Period”). At the end of the Initial Period and at the end of each Additional Period thereafter (as defined below), the Member’s Membership shall automatically renew for an additional period of 3 months (each an “Additional Period”) unless the Member gives not less than 30 days written notice to terminate at the end of the Initial Period or Additional Period.

A monthly Membership lasts for an initial period of 1 month from the date the Membership begins (“Initial Period”). At the end of the Initial Period and at the end of each Additional Period thereafter (as defined below), the Member’s Membership shall automatically renew for an additional period of 1 month (each an “Additional Period”) unless the Member gives not less than 30 days written notice to terminate at the end of the Initial Period or Additional Period.

Cancelling Your Membership

If you cancel your membership, you will instantly lose access to the Members Area. Since YesSheCan is offering non-tangible goods we do not issue refunds after the membership is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.

Following the creation of an annual membership after the 14-day trial, Members will have 14 calendar days from the date of the start of the trial, during which they may withdraw their application without incurring any cost (the “Cooling-Off Period”).

During the Cooling-Off Period and following written confirmation of withdrawal for Membership, the Member will be entitled to the return of their Annual Membership Fee.

Where a Member wishes to cancel their Membership following the expiry of the Cooling-Off Period, the Fees will not be refundable under any circumstance.

To cancel or withdraw any Membership, a Member must provide a written notice to YesSheCan at believe@yes-shecan.com. Membership will cease upon the second calendar day from the written confirmation as mentioned above.

Variation

We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please ensure that you check for any changes regularly, as you are bound by them if you use this site.

Intellectual property rights

We, YesSheCan, are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights on the site including any databases that hold relevant information about the site. They are protected by copyright or trademark registration and you may only use any such material and the documents in line with these Terms and Conditions and this paragraph specifically. If you do not use the materials in line with these Terms and Conditions and this paragraph specifically, you lose your right to use our site, and must destroy or return any copies of documents you have made of it or any part of it. We reserve all our rights conferred to us by law to remedy any such breach.

Our responsibility to you

We do not guarantee the accuracy of material on our site or the materials uploaded by our users, and you are responsible for the way you use its content.

We shall not limit or exclude our liability for:

Computer offences

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any matters arising in connection to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
